If you receive wrong or defective items, we will help you.

Our policy is 7 days. If your goods have been received 7 days later, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item received. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

We DO NOT ACCEPT returnable or refundable due to any of the following reasons:
- Order the wrong size.
- These items did not meet my expectations.
- Cannot accommodate.
- Change idea.

Several products will not be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are private or hygienic, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health care and personal care products

 

What can be returned/refunded?

When you receive wrong or defective items. To be eligible for a return,
- your item must be unused and in the same state as the item received.
- Your product must use the original packaging.
- Your item needs a receipt or proof of purchase. Receive the wrong item/defective item. F

Refund (if applicable)
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the return. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days.


The dimensions are actual measurements.

There might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material and the way measurement is taken.

Please allow 10-20% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting and monitor resolution (actual may appear darker/brighter). In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
